Artist Payment Policy

We comply with the Arts Council Paying the Artist Policy.

The Courthouse Arts Centre is delighted to announce an open call to visual artists for potential exhibitions at The Courthouse in 2024 and 2025.

The open call is open to ALL artists on the island of Ireland.  The open call also aims to promote the values of diversity and inclusion in the artistic community.

Works can be be 2D:  painting; photography; mixed media or prints.  3D works can be sculptural including glass, bronze or ceramic. Projects in development will also be considered.

The exhibition launches including all marketing and publicity will be facilitated by the Courthouse Arts Centre.

• At least one high resolution image or drawing for each proposed work in JPG format.

• Description of each piece to include materials used, dimensions and proposed method of installation.

• CV and statement of artistic practice.

The closing date for the submission of applications is Monday, April 17th at 5pm.
