Education & Outreach

Through our professional programme it has been acknowledged that the Courthouse is a crucial aspect in the lives of the people of the area. It is an  important cultural link to the national artistic scene especially in these recessionary times when it is harder to access events in larger cities.

The Courthouse Outreach/Educational Arts Programme reaches out and engages with people of all ages and ability. The Outreach & Education Programme works with schools, youth services, adults, and disability groups to build links across generations that otherwise would not have access to or engage with the Arts. The Courthouse believes that by placing emphasis on creating a culturally diverse and inclusive Programme we build much needed social capital and strengthen the link between the Arts and the Community.
