As part of our commitment in preventing the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented the following protocols and procedures that we ask you to take note of and observe during your visit.

Visiting The Courthouse Arts Centre:

• Box Office Hours are currently Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 3pm from 14th September

• All patrons must wear a face mask when visiting the centre

• We have a one-way systems in place along with social distancing guidelines.

• Hand sanitiser dispensers are placed at key points throughout the centre.

• Signage is in place to promote hand washing and best hygiene practices throughout the building.

• Training and PPE have been provided for all employees.

• Online booking is required for all guests, to ensure safe and comfortable capacity and limited contact admissions.

• Please note that tickets will not be available for sale at Box office prior to a show, tickets must be bought in advance.

• A contact tracing form must be completed before attending an event at The Courthouse Arts Centre. This form is emailed to you after your booking. Forms will also be availalbe at The Courthouse Arts Centre.

• Please have your printed ticket in your hand or your e-ticket open on your phone so that it may be checked by a member of staff.

• We will ask you to allow us to check your temperature. If your temperature is above 37.5˚C you will not be admitted, you will be given a refund.

• Patrons are requested to remain seated/in designated space during the performance and exit when instructed by a member of staff at the end of the show.

• The bar will be closed.

• If you or a member of your party has a temperature or is feeling unwell, please visit us another time. We will refund your order.

• Please follow government guidellines and help keep staff, patrons and artists safe at The Courthouse Arts Centre.
