Frank Gallagher (Chairman): A co-founder of the arts centre and a professional musician Mr. Gallagher is also a special needs teacher in the local area.

Brian Whelan (Company Secretary): A professional folk/rock musician Mr. Whelan is also a former financial controller for Andersen Financial Services, Irish division.

Eamon Heffernan: A co-founder of the arts centre Mr. Heffernan is a retired self-employed businessman and vice-chair of the local GAA.

Edel Brennan: A community activist Ms. Brennan is the company secretary for the local community playgroup and a credit union officer.

Prof. Ciaran Brady: Former head of the History Department Trinity College Dublin Prof. Brady currently holds the chair of Early Modern History and Historiography at TCD.

Prof. W.J. Mc Cormack: Professor (retired) of literary History at Goldsmiths College University London, Prof. Mc Cormack is also a poet, literary critic and Aosdána member under the name Hugh Maxton.

Ellen Fox-Lanigan: A community activist and fundraiser for local and national charities in a voluntary capacity. Mrs. Fox-Lanigan is involved with many organisations in the community.

The Courthouse Arts Centre is open, honest and fully transparent in its fundraising activities, the proceeds of which all go towards the primary activity of developing, managing and operating the Courthouse Arts Centre.
