Yorgos Lanthimos directs a triptych of surreal dark comedies. A man’s life falls apart after he pushes back against his domineering boss. Another man is convinced his wife - recently rescued after being lost at sea - has been replaced by an imposter. And, finally, a woman is tasked by her cult’s leaders with tracking down someone with resurrection powers.
‘Scratching the Surface’ is a joint exhibition by Isabelle Gaborit and Janet Mercer. Both artists live and work in the west of Ireland, are inspired by the landscape, its light, forms, and rugged textures, yet each produces their own personal response to this stimulus. They are both interested in the physicality of the landscape and the physical processes of making art and of their chosen media.
Formed in the mid-1970’s, Scullion are revered and feted as one of Ireland’s most innovative, original and brilliant live bands. Their latest record 'Time Has Made a Change in Me' (released September 2022) emphasises the band's musical curiosity and like all of their records, it breaks new ground.

Chosen for its cathartic nature, this programme is designed to bring peace and solace in these troubled times.
